We raise awareness by holding drives and using social media to get more attention and more help to assist those in the Foster Care System.
Our organization assists those in the Foster Care System who are struggling with school by assigning them with volunteer tutors who help them out.
"Grow Together" mentors those in the Foster Care System and those who are leaving the System with advice and help that varies whether it is with school, careers, etc.
Aging out of Foster Care can be very difficult. Our organization has helped lead older children aging out of the system to the right path and assist them for their life ahead.
"Grow Together" has helped guide older children in the Foster Care System (and those aging out) find careers as it is very difficult for some to find guidance and advice on future careers in life.
Our organization connects communities with children in the Foster Care System through many events and programs.
"Grow Together" has brought life coaches to groups of children in the Foster Programs to aid and support the mental health of these children.
Our organization has helped and assisted adults to foster children in the Foster Care System. We make sure that each child will go to the right home and fulfill their lives.
During the Holidays, our organization connects with communities and collect gifts in various ways through events and programs and deliver them to the children in Foster Care Programs.
"Grow Together" provides care and detailed craft items created with love by each individual such as knitted hats or blankets to give to Foster Children.
